92-3 WTTS is a locally-owned, indepently operated station playing "World Class Rock" - a diverse selection of music from then and now. WTTS DJs are well-versed in music, from the rich history of rock to the up-and-comers of today.
Unlike ZPL, this station actually plays music in the morning! My only gripe is that there's too much Steve Winwood and John MEllencamp. Needs more current songs at times.
This is truly a "World Class" radio station for our area. I prefer it to XM, my iPod, or any other radio station. WTTS is a jewel in the crown of Indianapolis!!
They are the only station in town that plays REAL variety - blues, classic rock, over easy, alternative, contemporary, new artists, and they don't oversell themselves.
These guys (and lady) know their rock. From old rock and roll to the very newest that comes out. I cannot say enough about this station. None of that silly DJ slop talk, just music and stuff we need to know. WTTS is the only station worth listening to.
The best local, and non-corporate radio owned station in Indy! Think NPR with your favorite college station plus a dash of corporate to pay the bills. The radio personalities are knowledgeable about - MUSIC - and make listening to diverse types of music fun. Excellent programming and original shows, too.
Adult alternative music, the DJ's give us backgrounds of the artists and their music. WTTS is ahead of trendy hits that wind up as themes for TV shows and political campaigns (ugh)
