This was by far the most enjoyable Mexican Restaurant experience I've ever had. If you are a Tequila lover, this is the place for you with 60 some odd options to choose from. The food is amazing, but hte most memorable part of the Adobo experience is the fabulous service... this wait staff is AWESOME! For a very special experience, attend one of the monthly Tequila Dinners. I took my team from work and it was an incredible dining event!!
REAL Mexican...the flavors are out of this world! The margaritas are outstanding and you can't beat the guacamole made fresh tableside. Make a meal out of appetizers and try a few different items.
Adobo Grill is not even in the same class with other Mexican restaurants. That being said, there's nothing arrogant about it. If you want to try truly authentic, gourmet mexican, then this is for you. We love the tequila pre fixe dinners. The Chef features a mexican state, usually where the tequila is made, and incorporates dishes and ingredients representative of that locale. Always fun, always interesting, they have the best margaritas and at-the-table guac too.
Very interesting dishes... excellent array of tequila offerings (served with a hollowed-out end of a cucumber filled with a spicy tomato juice)... wasn't extremely impressed with the food because it was SO different from the typical Mexican fare ~ I'm not used to upscale Mexican food! It seemed like they try a little too hard to be eccentric. Fun culinary experience, though!
Adobo Grill was by far the best Mexican/ Tex Mex experience I've had so far East and so far North. The restaurant really focuses on quality and it is that level of quality that puts Adobo above the rest. It also a vegetarian meal, that even vegetarian restaurants could only aspire to create. Adobo Grill will definitely blow your mind. You can't even conceive how good it is until you eat there. The only bad thing that can be said about the place is that once you've had it, no other Mexican Restaurant will do.
