Big Hoffa's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que began in 2003, in Indiana, during the cold months of winter. Adam Hoffman, otherwise known as Big Hoffa, packed all his bags, sold his car, quit his job, and said goodbye to his friends and family in beautiful Southern California. His journey led him to the great state of Indiana where he brought his Bar-B-Cuing skills, as well as his love for making people happy through food. Back in California his friends would go crazy over his ribs and barbeque sauce. Now in Indiana, Adam has created some of the best smoked barbeque yet! His pulled pork sandwiches are to die for and his smoked pork ribs fall right off the bone, after being smoked for over 26 hours. And wait until you taste his beef jerky!!! He currently smokes two flavors of jerky using hickory, maple and cherry woods for taste. The two flavors he offers are Teriyaki and Spicy. Now this is not your average store brand beef jerky.
This stuff is slowly smoked for hours in small batches, then quickly fire smoked to bring out the flavor. It is extremely moist, delicious, and packed with flavor. Guaranteed to be the best beef jerky you have ever tried. Adam has been serving the great people of Indiana for the past five years now. Hopefully he will be serving them for many more years to come. I have traveled all over this country and can with assurance say these ribs, pulled pork, and sauce are the best I have ever tasted. Do yourself a favor and get up to Westfield and give them a try!!

I eat at Big hoffa's all the time! The food there is off the chainheezze.... Everyone needs to eat at Big Hoffa's simply cause.... the service is amazing they are so nice and welcoming and the food well I already said is off the chainheezze. The store is always clean and very well decorated in pirate thangamajiggers.. whoop whoop!

Came from Arizona to visit Indy and had their food. Best stuff I have ever eaten and I am from Texas. Lived there for many years and never had brisket that tasted like this. Amazing ribs as well. I was in Indy for 5 days and ate at Hoffa's 5 times.
