I have a 2002 Chrysler Concorde Limited that received extensive hail damage not too long ago that my current insurance company (Secura) took care of. My son is my agent now and I was an agent myself several years ago with American Family and always knew that Blossom had a very good reputation. I have sent many of my insureds to Blossom over the years and have never received a complaint from any of my insureds that I sent to Blossom. Well, I used them myself recently for the second time and they did an excellent job once again. My claim was handled by Ed Cruser there at Blossom and he really seems like an honest man. I was so impressed with Tony and the staff at Blossom Collision Center. I had been a victim of a hit and run on my 2001 Monte Carlo. The staff at Blossom were very understanding and professional. They worked with my insurance company and had my vehicle looking like new in no time! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

Ok, I will help you by saying that you guys did a terrific job and the whole family is very pleased with the results. I had the chance to see it while you were working on it and it is hard to believe how you know how to put everything back together again. The paint job actually looks better now than when I got it new. Ed, thank you and Blossom and crew as I know many people were involved in the process but I cannot remember names. Getting old. lol

I was dealt a very bad hand a few months back, almost t-boned by a driver thinking my car was a complete loss. However I was contacted by Toni M. insuring that my car would be fixed and would run the same as it did before the wreck. They had the best communication I have ever experienced and did some of the best work I have ever seen. They were very open about what was being done. Toni would let me come and see the progress of the work and when she didn't think I would approve of the body lines she had no problem sending it back in to re-work the lines. They were very timely and courteous Mr. Seifert and Toni also did great following up a few weeks later to make sure everything was doing fine and suggesting things I could do to get the best performance. Overall I hope I don't have to deal with the collision department again but if I have to or I know anyone who does I will send them straight to Blossom Chevrolet Collision Center in Indianapolis. Thank you very much Blossom for being the best at what you do.

I had my 2009 Chevy Malibu that I purchase brand new in January of 2009 and someone keyed it really bad and it got damaged by hail in March 2010 with nearly 100 dents and dings. I took it into the Blossom Collision and Body Shop and a few days later it looked brand new. They even fixed some other things for me that the insurance was not going to cover without charging me very much. Blossom, you people are GREAT! Thanks so very much. You are AWESOME!

I have had two vehicles repaired at this place and both times have been a nightmare. I let these guys repair a simple bumper cover on a ford escape and they leave out 1/2 of the mounting hardware for it I told them about it and they fixed it.
A year later I was in a front end collision in my jeep wrangler I brought it to them and after they repaired it I had bad vibrations and noises coming from the front end. I pulled it in my garage and started inspecting everything and nothing was bolted down properly the windshield washer tank was so loose it was about to fall off in the motor bay, My windshield cowl only had 2 sheet metal screws holding it on it required 8, I found a vacuum box that was supposed to get bolted back to the fender that was not, My headlight bezels were loose, and the list goes on. My wife told me to take it back to them but I opted not to I don't want these guys touching my stuff ever again. I don't know what kind of people they have working on peoples cars in this place but they can't be that great.
Stay away from this place you don't want these guys touching your car there is way better places to go than Blossom Chevrolet.
