Conner Prairie continues to amaze! Have you seen the carpenter's shop being built in 1836 Prairietown, using original construction methods by interpreters in period dress? It's a work of art!

This is one of the top 5 living history museums in the country. My kids learn something new every time they go there. If, God forbid, the country ever has to revert to this kind of living, my kids now have a variety of skills from drop-spinning to planting onions to cleaning tables with salt to handling farm animals to fall back on.

Conner Prairie has fun activities to do and teaches a lot about history too, so it is a great field trip location. My class went there once and it was really fun. Also my friend and I went there near/on Halloween and it was wonderful!!

The acting staff do not break character and I sometimes forgot that while talking to one. They don't forget and that makes it much more appealing.

I have enjoyed Conner Prairie since I was a kid. The way they pull you in to experience that time period makes it seem like you belong there. I still love it.

I feel like I have stepped back into the 1800's when going to the Prairie. It is my favorite place to visit. I learn something new each time we go.
