Conrad is great from beginning to end. From the moment I stepped unto the drive I was pampered and well taken care of, and I wasn't even a guest at the hotel I was attending a wedding! I think the best thing the service, it's so hard to find exceptional service in Indianapolis, and the Conrad is spot on every time (I've also dinned in the restaurant a few times, its amazing as well). I have not been married, but have witnessed many weddings at the beautiful Conrad Indianapolis. The atmosphere is amazing, service impeccable, and the food is literally the best i've had anywhere. I have seen many happy couples raving about their special day, made even better by the fine details that are looked at by the team at the Conrad. I could go on all day, but will stop here.

The staff greets you as you arrive with your car, and as you arrive to the front desk they know your name asking if there is anything else that would make your stay better. What an outstanding hotel.
They did a fabulous job with my daughter's wedding reception. It was a very beautiful venue. The staff took excellent care of the bridal party and wedding guests.
