I can't speak for this store but i bet they all work the same. I went to the south 31 store had a 12:00 O'clock appointment they took my truck in at 12:00 on the dot at 12:22 it was backed out 4 new tires mounted balance and back on my trailblazer over $100.00 cheaper than my old tire store Tire Barn, These guys have a new Customer I have 5 cars or trucks in my drive and they will get to see them all as time goes on KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Suggestion Make an Apppointment they work. this isn't your doctors office.

These guys are true professionals...highly trained and certified. It is nice to do business with a company that still believes in customer service, honesty and integrity!

seems like everytime I've gone here they always tell me that my tires need replaced.....have quoted me one price when i walked in and then qouted me another price 15 minutes later when buying tires...watch them honoring your warranty......not to good at doing that!

Discount Tire in the Carmel/Westfield area is great! They are always busy, so an appointment is suggested; however, they will definitely take care of you once you're there! The manager even gave me a ride back to work one time! I have gone there for years and will continue to do so! Keep up the good job guys!

I had lots of tire troubles with my last car, and everytime, i went back to Discount Tire at the Castleton location, and they were great-worked with me, and were honest and reasonable-even ended up converting the husband to them with his big SUV tires, and they were very reasonable-staff is great and friendly, and very timely-i had great experiences with Discount Tire and would recommend them to anyone!

The absolute best tire store I have ever been to. I made an apointment on-line, took my van in, 4 new tires, installed, in 25 minuets. Thats amazing. I recommend Discount Tire to everyone.
