Why a crazy name like DomiStyle? Simple...we thought it was a clever fusion of the words domicile (home) and style. While polling our friends, one out of two got it immediately and loved it. The others didn't get it and thought it was stupid. We were thinking of abandoning the name when we were watching the movie "Hoosiers" and the Dennis Hopper character said "Welcome to my domicile." We knew it had to be an omen! A little background: in 1995, I bought a struggling used furniture and appliance store in Indianapolis. With a lot of hard work, I built that business into one of the largest stores of its kind in Indiana. The secret to my success was simple: provide the public with a consistant supply of clean, quality merchandise at a fair price and treat my customers like royalty.
