Evolve Salon has the most courteous and professional staff I have ever encountered. Every visit has resulted in making me feel as if I am the only one in the salon and have the undivided attention of my stylist Jessica. I have very thin hair, but the color I receive each time has made my hair better every time. I would reccommend Evolve for all you hair needs.

If I could give Rachel 100 stars I totally would! I never make a commitment to a hair salon (on top of my tendency to be extremely low maintenance with my hair) but My husband and I been going to Rachel for over a year and have NEVER been disapointed! Thank you Rachel!!!
I pretty much hated my hair until I started going to Barb. I tried salons all over Carmel and never found someone who understood me or my hair, and I never got compliments on my cut. But for the past several years since Barb has been my stylist/colorist, I receive complements every time I see her! I just let her do whatever because I know it will be on-trend if not ahead of the curve. She's the only one my husband lets touch his hair too. Everyone leaves Evolve looking fabulous.
I was tired of the small town highlights I have been repeatly getting, so I began searching for a hair stylist that knew color,could give me a new look and still keep my hair healthy. I went to Fishers, Carmel, several others in the Indianapolis area, we found Curtis on the Alist and my search has ended! This is the first color I have ever fell in love with. It is fun! It's new! He custimized my look just for me! He's amazing!
Barb is (appropriately) creative in her approach to style and color! I have difficult hair (very coarse and very curly), and she never fails to send me out of the chair feeling great about my hair.
