Great customer service. I went to another local jewelry store for my wife's engagement ring and was completely ignored. Emily Chapman has been outstanding to work with.

I called before I came to the store. Talked with a woman in the backroom, the others were in a meeting. She was great. She made me feel very comfortable & she was very knowledgeable. At the store, I asked for the lady I had talked with on the phone & also met I wonderful saleslady. I had a large CZ stone that I had purchased at Kmart for $20 several years ago & now wanted it put in a real white gold setting. I thought they might not give me the time of day, but everyone did just the opposite. I was very impressed with the manner I was treated & also their craftlmanship. I highly recommend them & will use them in the future.

This is by far the best jewler in Indy. not only has Gary Thrapp exceeded my expectations he made the jewlery for my 20 year old son, for his wedding and their is no other jewler in town that gives personal service and attention to quality and value for the money spent!!!! My son even made the comment that his son will be buying his engagement ring their as well!! 2nd generation customer and loving G Thrapp jewlers.....

I purchased my wife's engagement ring from G. Thrapp after shopping around and looking at several places. We had a custom wedding band created for it and it looks amazing. My wife gets compliments all the time on her ring.
We recommend G. Thrapp to everyone. Gary is one of the most personable owners of any privately owned shop in the city and Emily is a great salesperson. Highly recommend her!

I have designed a few pieces and Thrapp has made them a reality for me. I would never go any where else, although I think they are a little on the high side the customer service iwill always bring me back. They will not disappoint you.

This store made us feel welcome, whether we are browsing or buying; individualized service, Dana is great! Got engagement and wedding rings there (his was specially designed). They even sent us a wedding gift! This is where I go for quality, in the merchandise, the people, and the service.

I've been a client of G. Thrapp Jewelry for several years. Their service and knowledge are phenomenal. Gary did a great job helping me redesign an heirloom ring and make it contemporary and gorgeous. Dana is the best! Her knowledge of trends and style make it easy to find the perfect piece or gift. Everyone at G. Thrapp is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to my friends and to my brides.
