Mark played our reception in 2004. Besides doing an amazing job, what stuck out for us was his professionalism. Before the event, he kept great communication, ensuring that the night went exactly as we dreamed. He arrived hours early, was more than prepared, and even jumped in to help sort things out when a problem with the caterer arose. We can't exaggerate the number of compliments we received! You would have thought this was a once-in-a-lifetime event for him as well, with as much pride he took in making our night special .Thanks Mark, from 11/20/04!
Tim played at our reception in June. He met with us several times prior to the event, and did a phenomenal job at the reception. He played awesome music, and just seemed to pick the right song at the right time. The dance floor was packed all night! I highly reccomend Grapevine to anyone having a wedding reception.
As a wedding photographer I have worked with Mark several times over the last few years. He is WONDERFUL! There are a lot of bad D.J. out there. Mark is not one of them. He is extremely professional and attentive. His equipment and lighting and quality and he always comes prepared. He is wonderful on keeping the receptions lively and on schedule so I don't miss crucial shots and I get fun dancing shots as well. I highly recommend him to all my brides.
We hired Mark for our wedding this past April! Everyone had a GREAT time and our still talking about our reception! It was nice to not have any worries about this aspect of our wedding. Mark was professional and fun. I would recommend him to anyone looking for great entertainment!

Grapevine DJ's did a wonderful job at my wedding. Mark was both professional and a lot of fun. My husband and I were the youngest of our friends to get married and weren't sure where to go for a DJ, but we felt really comfortable with Mark and were VERY pleased with how everything turned out. Chris & Mark always do a great job. I was just editing the footage of a wedding we did with Chris at the Marriott North, and it's probably the most dance footage we've ever shot b/c people wanted to be out there the whole time. Great voices and attitudes! Keep up the good work guys!
Grapevine DJs were the best wedding DJ I have seen. From the moment I contacted Mark about our wedding, my wife and knew we had made the right decision. Our DJ, Nick Haggenjos, did a fantastic job. He listened to our requests and preferences and offered his advice when we were unsure what to do. We received many compliments after our reception about Nick and Grapevine. Mark stayed in contact throughout the process to make sure our needs were being addressed. The night was a great success, and Grapevine was a large part of it. We just had our wedding reception at the end of May and cannot put into words how amazing Mark with Grapvine DJs was. From start to finish Mark was a class act. He was amazing during the planning stage and all of our guests could not stop talking about how lucky we were to have Mark. I work in the hospitality industry in Chicago and to this day have not seen a better DJ. Hands down, if you want a fantastic reception Mark with Grapevine is who you need to host your event. Mark is one of those guys who always goes above and beyond. Mark made our wedding day perfect. He was a professional and new just what it takes to start a party and to keep a party going. Our guests had to be asked to leave at the end of the night. They enjoyed the entertainment so much they didn't want it to end. We would recommend Mark to anyone for any occassion. Grapvine DJ's did an excellent job with my wedding. They were very organized and our DJ met with us prior to the wedding, and well as called the day before our wedding just to make sure we were both on the same page! They made a very stressful day run very smoothly. More importantly they threw a great party! There was never a dull moment at my reception because of the great music and atmosphere they created. They worked very well with my photographers so they were able to get all of those 'important' moments on film. I highly recommend this DJ to anyone planning a wedding or party. They are great Dj's and affordable!
Mark is one of those rare individuals who is totally "tuned in" to people. Whenever I talked to him before, during, or after my wedding I got the feeling that he understood exactly what my wedding needed to be the best experience of my life.
It was the perfect wedding and reception, and I have to say, I owe most of it to Mark. He organized EVERYTHING, it seemed, making sure everthing was coordinated. The photgrapher, caterer, etc. worked as a team because of Mark, and it all was all PERFECT!
We have used Grapevine Productions several times for corporate events and for our daughter's wedding...oh yes and a 50 yr anniversary party. Mark always gets the crowd dancing and having a great time. He is always attentive and has great attention to detail. We will use him again!
