H2O Restaurant and Sushi Bar is an eclectic mix of traditional sushi style and modern flavor combinations. While the menu boasts customary sushi bar items like sashimi (thinly sliced raw fish), nigiri (a slice of sashimi style fish placed over an oval sized nugget of sushi rice), and maki-rolls, you will also find some not-so-common sushi-bar ingredient combinations. H2O also has nightly specials utilizing fresh local ingredients to make warm and wonderful soups, amazing entrees, and delicious desserts. Speaking of desserts, if you think this sushi bar is like all the others with pre-made desserts you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality, uniqueness, and presentation of these lovely sweet treats. Gourmet ice cream and sorbets (in flavors that no one else in town even makes or can buy), the best creme brulee in town, and the famous cookies; Shagbark-oatmeal served hot from the oven and served with espresso whipped cream. H2O is sushi with a twist.
H2O is one of those dining experiences worth driving to. We live about 45 minutes away, but have taken almost everyone we know to enjoy this wonderful experence with Nicole & Eli. WELL WORTH THE TRIP.
The ONLY place for sushi in Indy! When I moved here from the East coast I was convinced I could never find good sushi again after trying all of the other "Best" places in town & always being unimpressed. Finding H20 changed that. The quality & creativity of all of their food is consistently excellent. Eli is one of the best chef/owners in town, and he & the staff always make you feel special!
The food is always very fresh, taste of the food is very palatable. The presentation of the food is excellent. The service and the management's attitude is much above average of most upper crust restaurants.

Nicole and Eli have made H2O Sushi the best thing to happen to Broad Ripple. A truly enjoyable dining experience with out of this world cuisine. This should be a 10 star rated restaurant!
