When you bought your motorcycle, you expected the best because it said "Harley-Davidson®" on the tank. You can expect the same from Genuine Motor Parts & Accessories. And you shouldn't settle for anything less. No one has more resources or expertise for designing accessories for Harley-Davidson® motorcycles than Harley-Davidson. Not even close. And no one else can build a century of experience into each and every part. Since the move, the number of employees has nearly doubled and there have been additions to the facility to enlarge the service and storage areas. A focused approach to serving customer needs has allowed Southside Harley-Davidson to maintain and grow its customer base. Many of our loyal customers are second and third gereration Harley-Davidson owners. Southside Harley-Davidson & Buell's goal is to satisfy every customer that walks through the doors. The Schulteti family takes great pride in knowing that our customers have grown accustomed to feeling like a part of our extended family. Future plans for the dealership include raising a fifth generation of the Schulteti family to carry on the tradition of serving Harley-Davidson and Buell riders.
During and after 16,000+ miles of service and support in the last 18 months, I feel I've been treated better by SSHD than any other service entity in memory.
This dealership goes out of its way to make everyone feel welcome and one of the family. There are so many activities going on and the owner goes out of his way to make it happen. It is truly a family and makes sure everybody is involved. This is the way a dealership should be run.
Since Harley homogenized the dealerships several years ago, they all look similar and carry the same items for the most part. The thing that stands a cut above at Southside is their service department. The people there are dependable and knowledgeable.
I first went to Southside Harley back in the 60's with my dad to get parts for his 1951 Panhead. I now have a1984 Ironhead that I've had for over 17 years .When I need parts they always have them in stock
