Indy's appealing and accessible yoga and Pilates studio, Invoke Studio features vinyasa (a flow yoga that ties movement with breath), dynamic Pilates mat classes, and Pilates reformer sessions. Invoke Studio began its journey in the winter of 2005 in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and has quickly blossomed into one of Indy's busiest and top-rated yoga and pilates studios. Invoke's second location at 86th & Guion Rd opened in 2011. With two locations, Invoke now offers over 50 class options a week.

Invoke Studio is proud to host Yoga Alliance Approved Teacher Training Programs as well as Peak Pilates Teacher Training programs.

I've been going to Invoke for about 5 years now - excellent teachers and a friendly environment, no off-putting yoga weirdness, just nice friendly people getting their yoga and pilates on and wanting to share the fun.
