J. Evelyn Confections is an Indianapolis based business. Our specialties are hand made artisan truffles and caramels. We offer signature collections in both year around and offer seasonal limited editions as well. Our customers love our Sea Salt Pecan Chews and tell us that they are the best they have ever tasted--not to be overly boastful--we agree! We believe in small batch production as we do not add any preservatives to prolong the shelf life of our products--we like them fresh-- and we also do custom made to order products. Our confections can be found at First Choice Cafe and Bakery where we do our production. You can also find them at Chateau Thomas Winery, Methodist Hospital Gift Shops, Indiana Historical Society, and on the internet. We have been featured at Zest exciting food creations restaurant, Indianapolis Arts and Antiques Show opening night preview party, Loon Lake Lodge Girls Night Out, and many more. We do weddings, special occasions, and corporate gifts. If you haven't tried one of our wonderful creations...you should... you will not be disappointed.
