I used to hate wearing glasses, but since going to Ossip, I have 5 fashionista pairs of glasses I rotate through the week! The staff is sooo helpful and friendly, picking out glasses for me is now a fun experience I enjoy doing yearly! Very thorough exams and great customer service! OSSIP FOR LIFE!!!! :o)
I go the the Ossip in Avon and I can't say enough great things about them! The girls are so friendly, and made picking out my glasses the best experience. I saw they got office of the year which doesn't suprise me! I have referred my friends and family there, and they love it there! I look forward to going there for all my eyecare needs for many years to come!
Ossip is offers so many different shapes, styles, and colors of eyeglasses you will be there all day trying to decide! The selection is great and the namebrands are even better...YOU GO OSSIP!!!!
After repeat visits, they still didn't get my prescription right. I left without any resolution to my complaints and will not return. I went to the one in Carmel.
Their "comprehensive eye exam" was only like 5 minutes on the machines with a specialist and 5-10 minutes with the doctor who didn't even explain the test results I took. After waiting a long time to talk to someone about eye glass selection, their selection of eye glasses was too "high-end" and unreasonably priced even for VSP plans. I took my prescription without ordering but am wondering if it is accurate or not.
Ossip has the best glasses in the city. The frames are very modern. They have a huge selection. You get what you pay for.....quality. I will never shop anywhere else for glasses.
Ossip does a great job! I was unahppy with my glasses and they fell all over themselves to make it right. Now that it's been fixed, I have never been happier with my glasses and I get compliments!
Ossip offers great customer service and has the best glasses selection in town. Their frames are unique, you wont see anything like them anywhere else. Most of their frame vendors are independently owned. You may pay a little more for your glasses but the quality is far superior than to those of other optical places
Everything at Ossip is extremely overpriced and that would be okay if they actually got your prescription right. The first time they ordered two left contacts, the second time they ordered the wrong brand, the third time they just ordered the wrong prescription altogether. Then my rebate time had expired and it was all my fault because they had "sent me four reminders about picking up my contacts" and yes, by the fourth order they got my prescription right. Now I go to Target optical, cheaper and right the first time.
ossip has started taking all the reviews they've gotten over the years too seriously, and now thinks they can be awful and get away with it.
the place is no longer the wonderful eye care place they used to be -- they very much feel like the big money-making business they have become.
my last visits have been riddled with problems: impersonal, slow to respond to problems, and even best: unwearable contacts that i just plain old can't see out of.
I have lived so many places - (states - countries) I have never been to an eye place like Ossips. high tech, attentive, responsive.. you feel they are paying attention to your sight - eye health.. i recommend to anyone who needs eye wear - or for their eye care..
