Over the last 25 years we have grown into a Full Facility Health Club with Aerobics, Body Sculpting, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Spinning Classes. We also provide our members with a Cardiovascular Center with over 75 pieces of equipment including Stair Climbers, Elipticals, Treadmills, Recumbent and Upright Bikes plus Climbing Walls, Downhill Ski Machines, Rowing and Kayak Machines, Roller Blading and Cross Country Ski Machines.

The epitome of winning ugly. The place isn't the prettiest, but the people have spirit, and they're real, and the atmosphere is uplifting. Bill Pigg is the man! Never gives up, always in a quiet way pushing himself, learning new things, and welcoming new elements to the club, like the way he stepped up to welcome Rock Steady Boxing. Yep, the place gives you a jolt, a feeling of real friendship and support for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It's all good.... Except for the high doses of REO Speedwagon and Styx on the sound system, lol!
