They take the time to get to know the dogs. When they groom my dog, they know what sensitive spots she has when they use the razor to trim her. They also keep me posted on any health changes they see with my aging dog. I really appreciate that as a busy mom of two kids! This is one of my favorite businesses. I look forward to taking my dog there often! It is like a day at the spa for my sweet Megan. They are very good to us.

The groomers are very knowledgeable about the different breeds and how to care for their coats. They are gentle with the dogs, too. The trainer gave me so many helpful tips and I could call to ask questions any time.

Kathy and the rest of the staff take really good care me when I need groomed or need my nails clipped. They even smooth my nails out so I don't scratch my humans when they come back to pick me up.
