In fairness I would like to say that the owner of Rue de Fleurs read my comment and found my information after reviewing her files. She did call and apologize for my experience, which I appreciated. She also had record that an estimate was sent to me, although I never received it. I did appreciate that she took the time to find my information, call me and apologize.

I would not recommend Rue de Fleurs to anyone. I made an appointment with them so my fiance and I could pick our wedding flowers. When we arrived no one was prepared to meet with us. They had a new person who was arranging flowers meet with us. They were unable to give me an estimate on the flowers I picked and said the person who usually gives estimates was meeting with someone else. They said they would have to mail me the estimate...and they never mailed me anything. Needless to say we chose another vendor for our wedding flowers.
