I VISIT VERY OFTEN (EVEN SEEN THE MAYOR OF CARMEL HERE). THE FOOD IS GREAT. THE SERVICE FOR ME AND WIFE IS EXTREME AND ALWAYS TREATED LIKE A ROYAL COUPLE. I EAT FISH AND SIMON (THE CHEF) ALWAYS PREPARES IT TO THE FINIEST. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT TIME AND MEALS. tHE OWNER LINDA AND HER SISTER LISA ARE RIGHT ON TOP OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE THAT. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND THE PARTY ROOMS ARE BUSY. FOR A FAMILY MEAL THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN CARMEL, INDIANA. RALPH BRUNS

Sansui is one of the best Sushui Restaurants in Carmel. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food itself is beautiful to look at and the taste is awesome. It is such a happy family experience and the food is the best tasting. It is comfortably priced and the best quality of food is always served. The manager makes everyone feel comfortable and right at home. You will leave this restaurant with a good taste in your mouth and a good feeling in your soul. A real home away from home. *****-Five Star Rating

As a native Japanese and think sansui offers authentic Japanese food. I have eaten at other Japanese restaurant but I am always disappointed in other restaurant food. Also, sansui's staff are friendly and always smile.
I always value food at sansui because it remains me of Japan.

Their food is just delicious. I go there with my family all the time. Not only do they have amazing sushi, but the rest of their food is awesome as well. Their fried rice is amazing, and the service is wonderful.

Sansui always accomodates my special requests and makes the best fried rice. My whole family loves to eat there and we are always welcomed with a warm smile.

the best sushi in town, we love it. This is the best sushi that you will ever eat! Once you eat Sansui's sushi, you will not want to go to the other Japanese resturant. You cannot talk about sushi because you have not had real sushi like Sansui has!

I've eaten at just about every sushi restaurant around, and Sansui beats them all with best sushi, best price, best service. Their spicy tuna is the best ever!!!

Hands down the best Sushi and the most wonderful staff! They really make you feel welcome when you come in the door! Love the Kani salad too :)
