Best value and true hickory somked meat, brisket out of this world as commented by many texas friends. Also have great chicken wings and breaded tenderloins. The live music on saturdat nghts is a real bonus at the northwest location.

Throw a pig in the smoker and then slap it with some squealers hot bbq sauce and you've got a great cook out. This stuff is GREAT!
