In response to the one bad review, the customer demanded USPS service. (Since they worked at the post office) It was delayed in route by the US Postal Service not us. We only recommend FedEx 2 day air for all frozen bait, except in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois where FedEx Home delivery is actually faster. (1 Business Day) We have shipped thousands of catalpa worms all over the country and had only three complaints in over 4 years. The other three were due to the customers not being home during the delivery time. (Frozen bait shipping is a time sensitive product and one requirement is for the customer to be home when it arrives.)
