Our program is education based with an emphasis on developing strong dancers over a long period of time. We do this through a syllabus-guided process of physically safe exercises, emotionally safe movement and music choices, and artistically stimulating experiences all blended with lots of FUN!
We have many success stories with students appearing in professional companies, as professional dance educators and attending colleges around the country on a variety of dance scholarships.
All dance students, regardless of their career goals will develop discipline, creativity, healthy habits and a life long appreciation for the arts.
I took class at the Dance Company from 1987 to 2002 and will now be taking my step-daughter for her first dance classes this fall. I am so excited that she will make friends and learn to love the performing arts from the same people who taught me to love them!
