Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!. We frequently visit this shop while waiting for guitar lessons to end a few shops away. We don't have any pets, but my 4 year old loves animals. The young, petite woman that works there goes over the top to accommodate my son's wishes to pet the animals. She is irreplaceable!!
