I don't think there is anyplace in Indy that has the atmosphere of Woodhouse. The quite room with fireplace prior to your service is a great place to relax and unwind so you can thoroughly enjoy the experience

I agree with ande16. I must have been there on an "off" day because most of the staff was very UNprofessional - ignoring me for nearly 10 minutes and talking about personal things right in front of me. When I called to speak with Terri she never got back in touch with me. That explains her staff.

The massage that I received was wonderful. The customer service that I received from the manager/owner - Terri was by far THE WORSE customer service I've every experienced. Proceed with caution when going to Woodhouse Day Spa.

Absolutely loved the Woodhouse Day Spa. I have a "Recovery Room" package that I can't wait to use!! Very professional, clean, you feel like you are in a different world!!! If you want to relax...this is the place!!

The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. This is my favorite spa in Indianapolis!
