Open since 2001, the Pilates Studio was the first full-service Pilates facility in Indianapolis. The Studio was also the first one to use the IM=X method in the Midwest. Rachel Griffin owner and trainer, works alongside three other IM=X certified trainers to provide personalized and effective workouts.
