tonya is super nice and energetic but the amount of work done was not worth the amount that was paid. she has lots of other brides but you need to feel like the attention is on you when you are with her and she always seems busy with other stuff, grabbing phone calls and getting deliveries when meeting, being short with you when responding to emails. lots of stuff at my wedding went well but there were also stuff i was frustrated with that wasnt taken care of. (ie the room was changed for rehearsal and no one knew where to go, she should have been directing people. i guess my advice for this company is to make the bride feel as though she is the most important thing when meeting dont get too big!
