AWESOME!! We knew that we wanted tiers of petifors for our wedding, but were torn between white and chocolate cake and wanted a mix of both to accommodate our guests. At the time, they were only available in white cake. To our surprise when we went back to place the order, they had developed chocolate petifors. So we got our dream mix of both!! The delivery was on time and set-up was beautiful! Our guests are still raving about the petifors nearly 6 moths after the wedding. Since they available in the case in the shop, we can have wedding cake when ever we want!!

Joe is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to work with!!! He was so quick to take our buisness, book the date, answer our questions, and take our money. Now he won't deliver and he won't anwser phone calls or emails! I have spoke with 4 other couples that left notes on his office door that are in the same boat. We did not recieve our engagement session or gift prints that we paid for. Now, it's nearly 6 months after the wedding and we can't even get our pictures on CD or anything else that was specified in the contract!!! Our weding was absolutley perfect and now we have no proof and slim chance that we will ever get anything out of Joe.
I am begging newly engaged couples...don't make the same mistake...go somewhere else and do your research. This guy has had 6 complaints to the BBB; all of them after I signed my contract (of course). Even if you ask for a different photographer at Silver Lotus, all they do is take the pictures. By their contract, Joe OWNS the pictures and your photographer can not give them to you. Everything goes through Joe. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
