The Yoga Center of Indiana is just what Yoga lovers and novices were waiting for. The founders of the Yoga Center, Karen and Heather are extremely competent and dedicated instructors. Karen and Heather strive to provide the best of Yoga instruction by continued study and preparation and instruction at all levels. They are both warm, cordial, they always take the time to greet and chat prior to or after a session. Thank you Heather and Karen for providing a forum in which we gain physical as well as spiritual growth.
