I couldn't disagree more. Jennifer was unprofessional: She talked about her brides behind their backs, committed to meetings, then never attended, created a contract that she did not fulfill, didn't return phone calls in a timely fashion and requested money to pay for this the day of, only spent $10 and has refused to pay us back. In addition, she didn't set up enough seats for our wedding so guests had to stand AND she ruined our cake, blamed it on the event location, and it all our pictures there is a huge smashed part on the cake. What a waste of money.
