Her clothing and accessories, which I've seen at various women's shopping fairs, is chic. I like, too, that Joanne is out in the community giving of her time and talent to a number of worthwhile causes.

We used them for our reception (for our destination wedding). We taste-tested two others; Classic was best, had great selection of flavors, and best price. They did a small, 2-tier, tropical-inspired cake with a waterfall coming down from the top. It was gorgeous and tasted fantastic. Had several guests says it was the best wedding cake they'd had. Top tier was great at 1st anniv.

Their designs are gorgeous and unique. My recipients are always blown away. Special events designer can get into the bride's head and create the perfect, one-of-a-kind look just for her, whether she knows just what she wants or needs lots of guidance. It's "Eventful", but I call it masterful, beautiful, wonderful.

Adobo Grill is not even in the same class with other Mexican restaurants. That being said, there's nothing arrogant about it. If you want to try truly authentic, gourmet mexican, then this is for you. We love the tequila pre fixe dinners. The Chef features a mexican state, usually where the tequila is made, and incorporates dishes and ingredients representative of that locale. Always fun, always interesting, they have the best margaritas and at-the-table guac too.

The "Special", the "Four cheese", the "BBQ chicken", antipasto salad, all of their pastas--to die for. It's making my mouth water just thinking about 'em.

I pretty much hated my hair until I started going to Barb. I tried salons all over Carmel and never found someone who understood me or my hair, and I never got compliments on my cut. But for the past several years since Barb has been my stylist/colorist, I receive complements every time I see her! I just let her do whatever because I know it will be on-trend if not ahead of the curve. She's the only one my husband lets touch his hair too. Everyone leaves Evolve looking fabulous.

So many favorites in this category! But I gotta go with Agio for eclectic Itallian. The chef always creates interesting combinations using the freshest ingredients. I almost always order the special and am always glad I did. We love their special event buffets. (With all the great hometown Italian, just please don't vote for a chain!)
