Conrad is great from beginning to end. From the moment I stepped unto the drive I was pampered and well taken care of, and I wasn't even a guest at the hotel I was attending a wedding! I think the best thing the service, it's so hard to find exceptional service in Indianapolis, and the Conrad is spot on every time (I've also dinned in the restaurant a few times, its amazing as well). Well done Conrad!
