This is one of Indy's best kept secrets. The owners are the most genuinely friendly people you will find in retail which makes for a great time while sitting and sipping tea at the "bar". Plus, they have an excellent product. I am drinking iced "melon white" as I type!

I now try to buy all of my wine here because it's local, fantastic customer service, and I can bring in my 7 year-old while I browse. He plays chess at the tables!

Everything at Ossip is extremely overpriced and that would be okay if they actually got your prescription right. The first time they ordered two left contacts, the second time they ordered the wrong brand, the third time they just ordered the wrong prescription altogether. Then my rebate time had expired and it was all my fault because they had "sent me four reminders about picking up my contacts" and yes, by the fourth order they got my prescription right. Now I go to Target optical, cheaper and right the first time.
