We love Reis-Nichols and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding ring or other jewelry. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and no-pressure. They have a great selection, and offer financing as well. They also will clean your ring as often as you'd like, at no charge, and if it's white gold, replate it at no charge. We will definitely continue to do business with them in the future!

DO NOT do business with this bridal store! The only reason I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Posie Patch was because they offered the lowest price. Don't be fooled! When your dress comes in, it will be incredibly wrinkled, and OH-if you'd like it pressed, that will be $25.00 EXTRA! What kind of bridal store CHARGES you to press a dress you purchased with them? That's part of the service!!!
In addition, my bridesmaids had a horrible experience trying to order their dresses; when my matron of honor called initially to check pricing, they had given us a quoted discount. I also called to confirm this and to give the store all of my information, plus each maid's name. Well, when my bridesmaids went in to get measured, the staff "couldn't find any record of me in the system, what dress I wanted, what color it was, etc, " and had to ASK the girls...that's THEIR job!! Talk about disorganization and miscommunication. Also, I asked them to place the order for the 6 bridesmaid dresses separately from the matron of honor's dress because she was going to order it later, and they agreed. However, when my matron of honorw went in to get measured, they told her that they "wait until all the girls have come in to get measured BEFORE they send the order," after I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM to order the other dresses before hers.
So, they finally call me to tell me the dresses are all in, and my matron of honor goes to pick hers up, (which is a 1 & 1/2 hour drive for her), and hers isn't there, because they ordered it separately from the others, AFTER they told her they ordered them all together!!!!
She asked if they could ship it to her due to her long drive, and they also refused.
Awful customer service. Spend your money somewhere else and save yourself the hassle!!!!!!

The best pizza in town!!! Fresh ingredients, home made dough, secret recipe sauces w/fresh spices...the closest you can get to Chicago style in Indianapolis!!
