The Garden Center

I can't believe that I JUST 'discovered' this place! I've driven by it for years, and even heard great things about it, but still continued to drive by its unassuming store front on 71st street. The 2 ladies who were working were so friendly, knowledgeable, and FUN! I had a ball picking out some annuals and pumpkins. I also wandered behind the main building to the back where they showcase their huge variety of perennials, shrubs, herbs, water plants, etc. and realized that just walking the grounds of this beautiful little gem was also a mini-retreat for my busy day! I can't wait to have an excuse to go back!
