Gale is AMAZING!! She is patient, she is always happy to see you and have a conversation with you, whether that be at the store when you come to look at engagement rings for the 50th time, or if she sees you at an event in town (such as the FABULOUS Lincoln Park Concerts she organizes). It took my beau and I nearly 2 months to finally decide on what ring and diamond (a Yehuda of course) to put together. Never once did we feel presured to come to a decision. At every visit Gale was happy to sit with us and pull ring after ring out of the case for me to try. She even special ordered a couple of samples from vendors for us to look at. Then since the Yehuda website didn't have a diamond that would fit my ring, she worked with her Yehuda rep to find a diamond of the quality we wanted in our price range for the ring! Above and beyond in my book! I think folks would be hard pressed to find service like this anywhere!!
