Found the stylists rude. The ambience is awful. This is the only place where I've felt like I've been looked down upon. The stylists do not interact with each other. And each time I've made an appt, when I got there I've been assigned another stylist because my chosen stylist is no longer there. VERY high turnover! The whole atmosphere is uncomfortable. Will not be returning, although Ashley is great at what she does, the business part is just a mess and I want to see the same stylist everytime. Several times when my stylist has quit/been fired, I have been assigned to a stylist who is much more expensive without my permission. Very rude in my opinion and I'm not that hard to please. Also, I called at 3:05p on Wed to cancel an appt for Thursday at 3p. They were going to charge me the full price of my cut and highlight for not giving them 24 hr notice. I said that I would not be returning if they did such a thing. That was my last visit.

Danusia is the best! I was apprehensive about getting a bikini wax but she was incredibly professional. Will definitely return!
